Day 25: What are you eating today?

It is soooo cold outside! I just want to cocoon myself in my bed…

One day I posted in the Yoli Better Body System support group on Facebook what I was eating that day. It got a lot of likes, probably the most likes I ever had from one post on Facebook, haha. People were saying it was great for getting ideas for food. I still post them from time to time, and I think I’ll do it here too. Not everyday because it might get repetitive, but when I try a new recipe or have something interesting or it’s just a slow blog day lol.

Here’s what I’m eating today:

Breakfast: Passion energy drink, YES chocolate protein shake

AM Snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ ground flax, celery, natural peanut butter (crunchy!)

Lunch: Pork tenderloin seasoned with steak seasoning and rosemary, broccoli slaw w/ a little mayo and lemon juice

PM Snack: Salmon sashimi, 1/2 an avocado, cucumber slices, roasted seaweed, Passion energy drink

Dinner: YES chocolate protein shake with almond milk

I also try to have 24 oz of water with each meal. That’s 5 of these a day.

I get at least 120 oz of water, not including the water in my morning shake and Passion drinks.

The roasted seaweed was kind of a impulse buy. I should’ve had just the regular seaweed sheets for real sushi, but this was all they had at the same store I got the sashimi. The roasted seaweed is very oily and salty but only 30 calories a pack, so not much harm done!
